A: You will not be able to place an order without registration. As a registered customer you will be able to view, place, and track your order through our secured online store.

A: On the main page of the store at the top right corner click on “Log In” and a separate page should appear, were it says “Log In” or “Register.” On the register side add an email you frequently use and a password, click on register and you have created an account. You will also receive an email confirming your registration with a reminder of what your username is.  

A: If you are a registered user and have forgotten your password, go to the Login page and click on “Lost your password?” A page should pop up asking for either your username or email. Type the information on the box and click on “Reset Password” Wait for an email indicating a password reset that should contain a link to reset your password. Follow the instructions; create a new password and your done.

A: The price for each and every item on our online store has been carefully decided to make sure that you get the best deal. We also offer huge discounts on almost all the listed items to our registered wholesale customers.

A: If the order has not been processed and filled, we can often accommodate additions to an order. Please bear in mind that we cannot make additional charges on your order once it has been placed, so we will need your payment information to process an add-on. This may also delay your order.

A: Unfortunately, we do not carry sample-sized bottles, therefore we do not offer samples, but our smallest product is a 5ml (1/6oz) roll on.

A: The coupon code can be added at the time of checkout. Currently we have a 5% discount taken of the total with a minimum of $30 before taxes (coupon code: “5off”).
