A: We use Kraft bubble mailers for our packaging in order to maintain your orders protected and prevent anything from being damaged. Depending on the size and quantity of your order we’ll choose the packaging, which fits the best.

A: No, we only ship in the United States

  • A: Because we like to prioritize our customers and understand that shipping can vary depending on different factors, here in Fragrances, Scents and More you pay for the order and we take care of the shipping. That is why we offer free shipping in all orders made through out store.

A: Processing your order takes one business day (this includes creating a shipping label and carefully packaging your order). Delivery times depend on the shipping service selected at the time of checkout.

USPS First Class Mail (5 -7 Business Days): free shipping

USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days): $6.90

USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 Business Days): $25.55

A: After placing your order please check for a confirmation email from us. On the PayPal page scroll down and click where it says “return to merchant” and you’ll be directed back to the store.

A: Once a shipping label has been created for your order, there will be two ways to track its status. First is on the store, click on “My Account” and then select “Orders” Check the most recent order, click on view, and directly under order details you should see a message of your order being picked up along with the assigned tracking number. Copy and paste the number on the respective carrier website to track the status of your package (www.USPS.com). The other way is by checking for the PayPal email that gives you more details on your shipment. When you open it, there will say “TRACK USPS PACKAGE” at the beginning, simply click and it will take you straight to the carrier website along with the exact status of your package.

A: This usually means that the shipping label has just been created, but the package has not been picked up and scanned by the carrier yet. Please email contact@fragrancescentsandmore.com if you are seeing this message for more than 48 hours and we’ll be glad to help you out.

A: First, check all the possible areas that the driver may leave a package (i.e.: leasing office, front door, side door, porch, neighbor, parcel locker, etc.). Next, contact the carrier with your tracking number and ask where your package is. They may need to send out the driver to show you. If you have still not received the package, please send us an email at contact@fragrancescentsandmore.com providing your name, order number, and account email and we will do our best to find a solution.

A: We suggest that you double check your shipping address to make sure that it is correct. The amount of time it takes to receive your package is based on your location and also on the shipping service chosen during checkout.
